Youth Development Professional - For Lincoln Clubhouse 

As a Youth Development Professional, you would assist with meal/snack service, educational programs, cleanup, and homework/reading.

This is a part-time position.

Hiring starts at age 15 - Perfect After-school job!

Pay: $9.75 per hour to start, $10 after 30 days!

Program Leader(s) - Social Skills & Art
$150 Sign on Bous after 60 days!
We are looking for a positive role model to be join our team of program leads at our Lincoln Clubhouse in Rice Lake! This individual will plan and lead programs to educate members in their lead program. This can include topics like mindfulness, critical thinking, good character and citizenship, emotional regulation, anti-bullying campaigns, and more. If you'd like to make a difference with the youth of our county.

Front Desk - Lincoln Clubhouse

• Job Summary:

This staff member’s primary role is dedication to handling items specific to parents and youth related to membership enrollment.  Accessory to membership orientation and participation tracking, this position will complete various tasks essential to the organizational operation as listed below.

 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience in working with children

  • Knowledge of youth development

  • Proven ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems

  • Positive attitude and upbeat nature when dealing with members and the general public

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 

  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Strong customer service and people skills

  • Experience handling phone, money, reception, filing and correspondence

Valid driver’s license and good driving history. This is necessary for those that would drive a Club vehicle. To drive children you must be 25 years or older.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Data System Management

  • Checks members in and out of the Clubhouse.

  • Enters member information into the data management system as needed.

  • Accept membership fees, summer fees, and field trip fees.

  • Receives field trip permission slips and registration and properly records fees in data management system.

 

Member Services Representative

  • Greets members and visitors politely and maintains attendance, volunteer and visitor logs.

  • Answers telephone, providing general program information, referring callers to other staff or taking messages as necessary.

  • Responsible for the appearance of the front desk.

  • Back-up for new members and family tours.  

 

Clerical and administrative support

  • Maintains master schedule of Club activities and events, collecting and disseminating information to Club staff, volunteers, members and families as instructed.

  • Answers questions and disseminates information regarding programming.

Monday – Friday 12PM to 6:00PM      Pay: $10.50 to Start, 11.00 per hour after 60 days!
