Do I need to be in shape to compete? The Challenge is designed to be fun for all ages and ability levels.  You can choose your speed, whether that's a mad dash from challenge to challenge or a more leisurely walking pace, enjoying our community as you go.   Some of the more challenging activities will have higher point values.  Only choose the challenges that you like and want to complete.
